These four engagement offerings are designed for flexibility and scale to suit your exact needs. Please see the offerings and descriptions below.
Gap Discussion:
This is an initial no cost 1.5 hour discussion with you, the business owner, to define at a high level what is the current state of the business, what you want to accomplish with your business, and what is the gap between the two. The goal of the initial conversation is to clarify high level areas of opportunity, the value to you both personally and financially of bridging the gap, and to determine if we are a good fit for your needs. At this point there is no obligation or cost to you and the output is typically at least one valuable takeaway. If you would like to continue in the relationship after the initial discussion, the following 3 options are available and can be chosen independent of each.
Enterprise Business Assessment:
A high level assessment of your company across three areas: Sales & Marketing, Product and or Service Delivery, and Finances & Accounting. This assessment is done with you the business owner in conjunction with the leaders of each area. The output is 3 deliverables including a Score Card across each area rated for effectiveness, efficiency, and processes, an Enterprise Roadmap prioritizing time to value opportunities and an Executive Observations List.
Monthly Retainer Contract:
This engagement includes a 4 hr. minimum and requires you to spend 1 hour per week or 2 hours every 2 weeks to work “on” your business focusing on the areas that you as the business owner need to address to accomplish your business goals. The purpose of these meetings is to identify and clarify boundaries to growth and identify clear paths to go past those boundaries if necessary. This is where more detailed plans will be developed for business growth
Custom Monthly Contract:
For those situations where you would like more dedicated resources for a defined period of time we can alter the monthly contract to meet your needs. This would be for those specific projects or programs such as implementing a new revenue stream that would require more expertise and time than your current leadership team has.
